Thank you for an inspiring and honest look into Castiel. I enjoyed both the style of writing and your commitment to character. This was original and heartwarming, and considering that I have read about 100 destiel fictions today, this was the first I felt worth reviewing. I have no doubt I will return to this story regularly, like one would an old friend.

Hi, so I just stumbled upon this one again tonight and remembered how much I love it. This story is honestly the best use of an outside OC's perspective that I've ever seen in a fic, and I love Mike and Cas's friendship so much :)

This was adorable. I am incredibly finicky with OC's in narrator positions, but I have to say, this was excellently done. I enjoyed every minute of this fic, wonderful work.

I have lost the ability to even - this was so cute! You did such a beautiful job depicting all the relationships.

Yooooooo... This was perfect. I absolutely loved it. You got Castiel's character perfectly and Mike was a sweetheart. I loved the adorable awkwardness of their first meeting and the part where Mike "punished" Cas for his rudeness by cutting his hair shorter than usual. This fic gave me a serious case if the warm fuzzies and I'm really glad I came across it. Thanks.

Great story, especially with the way you paced the entirety, I especially like Mike, he gives off such a grandfatherly/fatherly vibe that I really want to hug him like a teddy!
