This is a really good story, Noah is a great character that grows in the heart as the chapters pass. I am not a doctor myself, but I think the medical facts are well developed. I also love the fact that, as a writer, you give all the characters, most of all Spencer, the RESPECT and understanding they deserve. The humorous bits are well done, as well. Your stories are like hidden jems. They hide out amongst rambling or crudely written oneshots and novellas with sparse detail and no direction. Reading your 'good people' series reminds me why I still sift through thousands of fanfiction entries; because somedays I find that moment of ecstasy through the written word. Don't ever stop writing.

Absolutely fantastic job, for sure! It can be very difficult to write a good story not only with a main OC, but from their perspective and I think you did a marvelous job.

For claiming to be unbetaed I didn't spot any errors (not that I was looking hard, what with enjoying the story and all) and the medical parts of the story were quite believable. To be fair, I have very little (none, actually) working medical knowledge, but it seemed quite good nonetheless.
