Very nice start, but a couple of issues: you need to break into a new paragraph when you change speaker (I am NOT flaming, I have no problems with this but others do)

You're ending sentences before you should, like when Tassadar is thinking on ninjutsu: "Tassadar was impressed these ninjutsu. were remarkably similar..." You didn't need the period after ninjutsu or before the but that shortly followed.
