Very well put together, but on a completely separate note, have you considered doing a Chloe and Evan fic just focusing on them and all the funny things that moz and Neal do to get them together. Or a Chloe and Evan lemon. Both of those would make entertaining fics.

These were all so wonderful. I'm sad to see that this is the last. Have you considered writing these for Season 4?

This is yet a beautiful tag to the S3 episode finale Miran!

I continue to love the grandmother/granddaughter like relationship you portray between June and Sara and this time it was especially good. Great tid bits about June's past and Sara's thoughts and feelings as she struggles to handle what happened.

Favorite lines from this section: "Sara didn't know if it made sense, if it was even possible… but the idea that there might be some way for Neal Caffrey to come home, for things to be back to normal, made her heart leap.

She laughed softly as she lifted her glass towards June. "To absent friends", she said. "May they find their way home soon." "

Well done! Especially Sara's words to June. They're perfect! :)

Peter and Elizabeth's section is absolutely perfect too!

""I just wish I knew where he went. But until I find a way to bring him back without a price on his head, there's hardly any point." He thought he heard a small sound, and he frowned into the phone. "What?"

Her voice, when she spoke again, had the smallest smile in it. "Until you figure it out." She exhaled, as if a weight had been lifted off her chest. "I love you, Peter.""

Lol, are you psychic? What you wrote here about how Peter was feeling is practically exactly what he says and expresses in 4.01. My hat is off to you, woman! :D Because you wrote how it started and then after six weeks its easy to understand why all Peter wants is to find Neal and bring him home regardless of everything else. Bravo!

And finally Neal's section as he and Moz stepped off the plane...and the flashback to what actually happened when Peter signaled him to run and Neal's feelings and thoughts are written wonderfully!

"The man in the mirror looked beyond frightened. He looked lost, and alone.

As he reached down to cut the anklet, the thought screamed in his head that he was cutting much more than that, he was cutting all ties to this world, this amazing world that had been so absolutely perfect not twenty minutes ago… he was cutting his heartstrings."

Oh my, what a powerful description! *cries* Poor Neal! I especially like that first line about being lost and alone because it certainly seemed to carry over to the premiere and how Neal was going about his business pretending it was all behind him and that he was okay with that.

But this was the best part:

""If you run, I'll find you, Neal."

Seeing the promise in those warm hazel eyes gave him the strangest kind of hope he'd ever had."

Yes, run Neal. Peter will find you in the end. Maybe not quickly, but he always will. :D

Great piece, as usual, I was waiting for your tag for a while and I'm very happy to see it. I read it in the plane and you had my heart with Sara and June speaking about Neal and then Kramer. Yes there is something fishy around that. And then I almost cried reading about Peter and Neal... wonderful piece!

I love your premise on solving the dilemma of getting Neal back with Peter. It satisfies all of the elemnts in Judgment Day so well. I wouldn't be surprised to find that that is how the season premiere will go. I really loved the chapter. I hate Kramer and want to see him in prison along side his CI, better yet, let's get the CI out and Kramer get a long sentence.

What fitting scenes to the dramatic events of the season finale.

June is right, Sarah has to stay strong for Neal if and when he returns. Especially since she certainly has a point in stating that sooner or later Peter will probably have to face the consequences of his actions regarding Neal's escape.

Yet, of course El would be nothing but supportive to her husband, not to mention ever so grateful he had Neal run instead of facing a life-sentence of sorts in Washington under Kramer's supervision.

And finally, the very emotional and moving scene between Mozzie/Bob and Neal/Victor upon exiting their last plane to freedom, when Neal still had to think of how Peter stood up against Kramer on his behalf on those steps.

Well done! I can't wait for the next season to start already. :-D

This is so lovely. It makes sense that Sara would go to June. I really liked June's story about Byron; Sara's "I'm...I'm never going to see him again, am I?" was just so poignant. And Neal knowing Peter's promise to find him if he ever runs. Nice!

This is a lovely tag to probably my favorite episode of the season!

Neal's midnight snack with Sara sounds positively yummy! I wish I had a man in my life who'd spoil me like that! Lucky girl. *is very jealous*

And this part is just made of win: '"Want to watch Shrek? June ordered it for Samantha… it just came in on Netflix…"

Sara stared at him for a moment and burst out laughing. "I suppose it's our story?" "

He looked unduly thoughtful, then smiled. "Trying to change, and finding out you can be loved for exactly who you really are? Hmh. If the shoe fits..." Then they kissed, and he turned on the tv, and they settled in for the night as if they'd been doing it forever.

~Just perfect! Hee, and now whenever I watch Shrek I'm gonna think of Neal and Sara! Not a bad thing I must say. ;)

The next section was great too, although I wish there had been more. I must have watched the scene between Neal, Peter, and Elizabeth talking about Peter's career in baseball a hundred times! There was just so much going on in that scene.

This was my favorite line and one that I think really encompasses the scene: "He was acting like the properly grossed out little brother when El mentioned casually that Peter had been drafted by a major league team in his youth, and that, somehow, changed everything."

It was a family moment and while for me it struck me as a more father/son moment especially given Peter and Neal's clothing, I'm glad you described Neal as the little brother because he is that too in so many ways. And I also love how learning about Peter's history in baseball changed things for Neal and gave him new perspective. Love how you wrote that!

Really, really loved Neal's thoughts after realizing Moz said something to Taylor too!

"Mozzie said something! I trusted him to back me up… but then, I suppose it's to be expected. It's just human nature. Taylor is that charming… Another voice in his head countered easily. You could have trusted Peter Burke to back you up, though..."

Just, guh! I love the bond between Peter and Neal and how much they trust each other and yet maintain a distrust at the same time as a cop and con. Such a fine balance!

But the best part of this tag was the very end.

"It is later now. In the afternoon sun two men, dressed like business partners but acting more like brothers, step out onto the perfectly manicured lawn of the stadium. For an afternoon they play catch, and reminisce in the quiet of their hearts about dreams gone by and dreams being lived. Lived right now in this one, perfect moment."

Oh my, just AWESOME! No other words. :D

In conclusion this was another fantastic tag and I look forward to reading your tag for the finale when you have the time. :)
