I enjoyed this very much, even though it's now nearly 2014 and the series storyline has progressed on so far. I think your story is great. I applaud you and those who persuaded you to finish it. In the TV episode, which I loved, the one thing that bothered me was that they didn't use the plastic sheeting to try to insulate themselves from the cold, and to conserve their combined body heat. You've got all the humour to go with it too, and the conclusion!

Reading many of your Castle fics and just LOVE them! Please continute writing for the fandom. You 'get' them AND you write well; always a wonderful combination!

You know, your style of writing really has a way of catching the reader. You couple brilliant imagery with excellent pacing and in the end I'm both satisfied and left wanting more glimpses of this world you've created. And not only because it involves Beckett in nothing but a dress shirt. (Though that is a large part of it and a large part of me thanks you for that imagery. *g*)
