I absolutely love AUs that are done in "drabble" format: it flies by much faster, but still has just as much heart as any "longer" fic. I absolutely love how dense InuKag are, especially after MirSan figures it out XDD Also, I love how you had Kagome be a hopeless romantic with over-the-top fantasies; people forget that she's a teenager in canon, so of COURSE she would be boy-crazy! She's just lucky that Texter Guy was her soulmate lol. (We wouldn't have it any other way, would we?) I love the sprinkling of canon and fanon throughout the story, little nods here and there, little playful jabs toward tropes in both the series and the fandom. I especially loved the description of Inuyasha and Sesshomaru's "jobs" in their father's company because YES, that is SUCH a common fanfic trope! XDDD I also loved the two different friendships' dynamics between the guys and gals: both pairs clearly love their friends, but have their own quirks and ways of socializing. Too cute! Oh, and I loved how MirSan are a thing too! And get together while getting their besties together! :D The wingmen get together in this fic lol! XD This is just so cute and funny and clever! I love the drabble format, I think it works for this kind of fic, and I love the characterization, and the liberties you look with their voices while still making them "recognizable." Love, love, LOVE this fic! (Also, your author's note in Ch 7? "Nooo ... Stories are more responsibility." REAL! FUCKING! MOOD! -.-) |
