Haha what a great author's note, made me laugh. Thank you for this very entertaining story! I had no idea where this was going to end, but I felt like it was bound to be bad. Not so... a nice plot twist.

Although the ending solves the riddle of Harry's returnings with an unrealistic characterisation change I think - Voldemort would not be interested in the rights of magical species, or bettering the world. Also, he would always want to kill a serious thread. On that last point: I can imagine he learned about Harry being a Horcrux however, and that's why he would leave him alone. Perhaps that's what you're implying here.

Thank you for the fic! It was gorgeous.

Even though I am a total sucker for Hp FanFiction, I'm not terribly into the Fantasy genre. In fact, I rather prefer Literary Fiction. That being said, this short story is by far, one of the best, published FanFictions that I have read, in a very long time. Kudos for the Modest Mouse quote! : )

I'm rather glad I've read this. If I haven't, I wouldn't have learnt that there are more different ways to interpret tilting one's head up high. A very excellent read.

This was one of the most amazing stories ever, I loved it, especially the part where Harry's eyes became like Voldemort's after his soul shattered.

DWas Harry's soul healed by the end? Or did he have to live the rest of his life looking more-like-Voldemort-than-himself? Haha. SO GOOOOD WOW.

All I can say is "Wow". You perfectly portrayed the horror of being stuck in the same day over and over again, and having to kill someone. Harry's descent into despair is heart-wrenching, and yet strangely compelling in some twisted way. I actually smiled at the end, because it makes sense, and you can't help being happy for Harry.

I loved the symbolism. I've always wondered why 7 was considered lucky. I still perfer 9, though. 3 threes and all that.

wow, this story took my breath away, i kept wondering about harry's soul,and how each time he killed it became even more shattered, therefore putting him on about the same level as voldemort, even more ensuring that they are very much alike, specially at the end, with the shared laugh, after all it takes one to know one, or understand one doesnt it?

Simply brilliant!Enjoyable depth to Harrys plight and torment.
