Please why haven't you updated

Honestly hoping you continue this cuz I'm curious to see how exactly Seto goes about winning genuine affection, trust, and attraction from Joey when the guy STILL sincerely believes Seto is capable of rape and will rape him on whim or if pushed since...and let's be honest...Seto's repeatitve sexual attacks and doing things to Joey without his consent and even carrying on doing as he pleased to Joey as he literally tries to fight him off only supports Joey's low opinion of Seto. Hell despite being the reader and knowing that Seto is sincere his methods leave something to be desired for the most part and I actually cheer for Joey to land a good punch or five and am disappointed his escape attempt failed and that his anger died down from Seto once again forcing himself on Joey even though...it could have been the preliminary to the rape he feared was going to happen.
Hopefully(if you continue this to completion) now that Seto knows how terrified Joey actually was he'll realize he's still fucking up and actually talk with him more and only kiss, cuddle, or hold hands with Joey with consent until Joey himself decides he actually would like to try being with Seto legitimately instead of Seto just constantly making demands and decisions on everything then forcing Joey to accept.
Side note: were you building up to them developing a pet play/sub-dom relationship? Cuz it kinda seems like that was the kind of relationship Seto wanted with Joey. Joey would be the submissive but rowdy "pet" and Seto the strict type of "owner" who oversees every aspect of the other's life for their own wellbeing but does like to indulge and play with his "pet". He was even really invested with the idea of Joey wearing a collar from him as a relationship symbol similar to a ring. The thing about those is that they require trust, a lot of talking and setting of boundaries with understanding and acceptance of each other. And the introduction of a collar is supposed to be given at a certain point in the relationship to establish commitment and even to give a feeling of being wanted and safety to the "pet". ...What I'm saying is...if that was Kaiba's relationship goal he not only moved too fast but he didn't talk with Joey to see if he'd be interested in such a lifestyle. Also doesn't help that he hasn't made it clear that he's not actually trying to demean Joey with dog nicknames.

Well this is kinda hilarious so far. Poor Kaiba seems to be rather...self-defeating in his attempts. Seducing and sexual harassing/attacks are two different things. Instead of doing what he wants when he wants to Joey, knowing that Joey won't like it, he should cater his approach to be appeasing to Joey and make a move some(not all) of the times Joey seems relaxed or enjoying his company. I mean so far despite what he says about love and no rape his actions are painting a different picture for Joey which becomes a more distasteful perspective when you add in Joey's already low opinion of Seto. If I'd had to guess, because Seto keeps stating/arguing that Joey's a dog and then forcing an actual what could be considered a slave collar due to lack of consent with the constant way he ignores Joey's demands of "stop", "no" and physical attempts to escape throughout; Joey probably thinks Seto views him as subhuman at best and is merely playing with him and trying to make him into a toy.
Also why is Seto even mad and attempting to "punish" Joey? For getting rid of that collar, I mean, when he knew: Joey was forced to wear it against his will thus didn't want it, demanded its removal, hid it from public eye, and threatened to take care of it later. Which he did.
Kaiba-boy needs to re-evaluate his game plan before Joey develops a real fear of him. That's bad for any non-toxic relationship. I've noticed that Joey seems to panic, flinch, hide, and lash out a lot each time Seto attacks him or gets too forward too soon. Poor Joey.

Does it bother/occur to no one that Joey has very little freedom and the second bet is kinda harassment cos he can't refuse advances and stuff?
