This was an amazing story! Everything they were thinking seemed totally in character. One kinda weird thing though, and I will have to re-watch the episode, I assumed that they were there at night, not in the morning. I'm not sure why. Anyhow, it was terrific!

Oh Maya this makes me miss those Huddy reviews so much. You get inside their heads so well. This is why they belong together. She knows what she is getting and accepts his imperfections and he knows that somehow she needs what he has to offer. He is going to worry about it forever but he needs her. This is so good. I am quite content without the smut. I love these kinds of stories that are honest and tender the best anyway.

Nice, and like that House is admitting that what frightens him most is how much he needs and wants Cuddy and happy she gave him his 833rd chance, and he took it but is really scared that if he does completely surrender and she then changes her mind, he won't recover. Like that he pointed out to her that he has always used a ball to help him think in a calm way - she has obviously forgotten he has always used

Ball-y that way in his office. Loved what she said about his relationship with Rachel and how she doesn't expect him to be a 'normal' father and is simply happy for him to have the relationship that he does with Rachel from an emotional distance.
