Your trying to hard to keep trying to establish this sister brother like relationship between Scott and Rogue, considering you put this story in the Cyclops/Rogue pairing group it almost feels like you misrepresented yourself. Dissappointed!

I like my Rogue with a little bit of a smartass edge but you have her acting to much of a smartass for her own good and she comes off kind of bitchy

I thought this was supposed to be a Scott/Marie pairing story, I almost feel cheated that you got me vested in the story and it's not going to deliver. You writers need to stop false advertising

OK, this story was pretty good right up till you had Scott hitting Jean. Even for fanfiction purposes that has no place on this site

The statement Rogue makes about Creed never doing anything to her at this bar sounds a little silly considering she's personally seen him murder people in the past.

I thought this was suppossed to be a Scott/Rogue fanfic, so far as the story get's closer to being done it's becoming less and less of a Scott/Rogue story. kind of dissappointed, you got me all invested in the story and it ended up not being what I thought it would be about.

OK, I've never been that big of a Jean fan but having Scott punch her in the nose is a little uncalled for.

Hey, I was just finishing your Part 1 story. I love it. I've always been a fan of Rogue and whatever interaction she has with other characters and I started reading this because it included Scott as the other lead. I always wondered if someone would ever take Scott's character in another direction because I love the character but the way he's written, I've always wondered if there was something more beneath that cool facade and those glasses. It was refreshing. I loved that this story mainly focuses on the friendship between these two. I was never a fan of Jean so any Jean bashing is always good. I've been reading stories that focus on Romy so I was glad that there was another relationship that doesn't focus on romance to read about. Good Job on this.

It was a long story and it took me sweat time, bit it was very... very... good, perfect. Especially Rógue's birthsday!

Hey, This is going to be really short, but don't take that as any sign that I liked it any less. I'm just completely drained after completing the first weekend of my current show. Dang, I hurt all over, even my fingers ache, so I hope you realize the effort I'm putting forth just to give you this short review. So, this final chapter was the perfect ending. It truly was. It had the same sense of closeness through actions that I loved so much about the chapter just before this one. You should be honestly proud of a job well done.

I do have one question. Where was Remy in this? I don't necessarily think he had to have lines or anything, but as he holds a large role in her life, I thought that he could have been mentioned by name and not just lumped in with the others in statements of "all the other X-Men were there." This isn't a complaint, mind you. Mostly, I'm such a fan of Remy and Rogue, that my own selfishness wanted him to grin and hug Rogue and wish her a happy birthday at the very least. But, as I said, this is my own selfishness at wanting to see more Gambit. This chapter (and this story) was about Rogue and Scott's developing friendship, so Gambit's participation was not necessary in this last chapt.

Again, marvelous job! Congrats!

This is too cute. X-Men really needs more "friendship fanfics" like this one; it really shows your talent as a writer to think outside the box.

On another note, however, I don't think you need to point out the sister/brother relationship every time Rogue and Scott show affection for each other. Those who can't tell that's all that's between them doesn't deserve to read this fic. :)
