Why would Gibbs think that McGee is not good enough? He would never think that because he likes him. He likes him more than Tony because he gets stuff done on the computer which Tony doesn't. Even Vance likes him better than Tony. It would not be fair to Tony to have Gibbs and Vance like him more than Tony. Tony might quit because nobody likes him. Remember not even Ziva likes him because she didn't want him at her dinner party which Gibbs and McGee were at. She even knocked him down when he was injured.

I've noticed that in the show they don't really let Tim do much of anything besides all the computer stuff. I think this story is really good! Can't wait for the next chapter!

I liked the little bit of honesty and confession from Tim at the end, as well as more revelation as to what happened to bring the agents to the facility undercover. I am looking forward to reading more of the story.

Great chapter. I really liked the action in it and how Gibbs worried about Tim when he was injured - nice hurt/comfort moment.

Gibbs already knows that McGee is valuable to the team. He's Gibbs golden boy, or haven't you forgotten that Abby said it in an episode? He likes Tony, but he definitely likes McGee more. He would rather have McGee than Tony if there ever was a choice. The only reason why he choose Tony over Ziva because he found out that it was a plan for her to kill Ari.
