What a nice story. With the prince being so nice too and how you made the story all in all it had to be a bit sad whoever she chose. But I really liked it!

it's funny. most stories are a Ren v Sho scenar.. and I don't just mean skip beat stories... most stories have one clear choice of love interest, and one you hope to God your main doesn't choose... you story had 2 great choices, and one bad one, no one considers. it takes true talent to do that right... so the reader doesn't cry over the choice being wrong from their perspective. I love your oc, Takahiro. awesome character! you did a great job with him. and I love how close he got... you did this amazingly well, without leaving me dissatisfied. I'm sure your other readers feel the same! amazing story!

I love this! Sho is growing up... Ren.. no.. Kuon.. is coming out of his shell... and Kyoko is much stronger, showing herself to be a true princess, with or without the prince.. and her living nature, and incredible personality is set to affect all of Japan, royal family included.. on a side note, I'm seriously hoping her daddy turns out to be Councillor Maeda.. because that would just be epically ironic. as well as just desserts for that idiot. heh

hmm.. I'm normally a Ren enthusiast.. and I do agree, he is in character in that argument. I also think Kyoko had been pushed plenty enough for her response.., but what surprised me about this chapter is that I'm suddenly liking the Prince. yeah, he's got some stupid qualities, but you are fleshing him out nicely, and I like that arrogance is not his only trait. his humility in his apology, makes him my favorite contender, at this point... I hope Ren learns some, in this, since they are already both in love, and I'd hate to see him heartbroken.. but I do like Prince Takahiro right now...

Awww. This is a cute fic overall, despite the clicheness of some aspects (my opinion only). I wasn't too caught by the focus on the "who will she choose" at all but you built up some great and poignant character moments at times which were enjoyable. It's also real interesting to read this considering how much the manga has progressed since this fic's writing. Nice work!

Finally, Ren! On the other hand, I do not know what Lory was thinking when he suggested this dating plan. Ugh. And what Kyoko is doing breaking her promises all over the place? Headdesk.

Crossing my fingers for you to write a character who can contend with Ren... That's an ambitious challenge.

I love the fact that you found a character who would be the only rare competition to Ren - an actual prince. So amused.

Okay—no, I don’t understand how REN is a romantic interest for Kyoko. That boy has done nothing but be manipulative and verbally abusive. Kyoko needs to kick that boy to the curb.

Also btw Miyamoto is the man. I also adore the relationship decisions you made at the end-platonic, filial, and otherwise. They were great.
