Just as Arthur and Francine arrived back at the party, they met Louie the new student, he was a panda bear, he was busy selling foods and drinks.

"Hello, you lovebirds, how are you?" Louie said, happily.

"Hello, Louie, we're doing good at the treehouse," Francine said, handshaking the new friend.

"Good, I'm glad you too have fun," Louie said with a smile. "You guys thirsty?"

"Yeah, sure," Arthur said. "We like some water."

Louie quickly pour water after get two cups, and handed to Francine and Arthur.

"Thanks," said Arthur. And he and Francine walked away drinking water. Louie sighed, "Geez. I should have a right girl for me now."

This was soo cute. Except that when your 13 you are starting 7th grade, not graduating from it. I would know because I'm 13 myself. :)

I always thought it would be Arthur and Sue Ellen because of that one episode where Sue Ellen lost her diary. Also, that square dancing episode practically killed Francine/Arthur for me.
