Try to correct some spelling and it says that there were 5 splicers, with the exception of the now dead brute, if i read correctly but it sounded like there were a lot more in the fighting so try to work on that but all in all its good but try to update more often if you can :)

Other then grammar, you have a really good story plot going on. Keep working on it and maybe even add a bit more suspense. But these are only suggestions, and I like what your'e doing so far
