Oh, this was such a good series, but could have been better if Merlin had been willing and able to wrap the darkness around himself like a cloak and just bloody well take care of business. He was delightful but too mild by half! Love him on Humans too!

I love this! Iso wish Merlin had been a little more BAMF and confident like this at times. I love his intimidation of Morgana, it was perfect! I was really disappointed with how little truly powerful magic he used in the programme out of fear of being caught. He’s supposed to be the most powerful warlock ever and it felt like he wasted his gifts half the time by being too afraid to practice or really let lose. Thank you for writing my fantasy better than I ever could.

Oh yes, I really wished Merlin would just confront Morgana and not let her get away with shit. I think he could be very scary if he was so inclined and you captured that perfectly here. I can just see him smiling that adorably goofy smile while saying such sinister things...

YES. Of course, Merlin is too kind-hearted to ever do such a thing to someone she once saw as a friend, but the alternative, innocently devious side is a nice fantasy nonetheless.
