sylvelle chapter 3 . 10/10/2017
Powerful stuff there. Enough anguish to show feelings and grit to believe she can do what she has to to save him. Had me on the edge if my seat.
Thanks again for sharing your passion.
Love it Tricia

The Kerl chapter 7 . 3/3/2013
Lmao it seems like the point of Stargate ff is to get Sam and Jack together, but I love that it's so difficult! I'm really waiting your writing, because you're exactly right - if they aren't fighting moving forward in their relationship they're ooc. Can't wait to read more!
Rubyray7777 chapter 14 . 8/12/2012
This story is so cute! Thank you for writing it! I love the innuendoes and how perfectly you kept them into character too! Nicely done! Going to read more of your stories now)
hguy13 chapter 14 . 4/4/2012
lovely ending
hguy13 chapter 13 . 4/4/2012
I love this story, and most of your others as well. I think in one of your author's notes you mentioned being from Australia. I know Stargate is a Canadian show with the world as it's audience, but they are supposed to be american, and you have a couple of slip ups on your Americanisms, like hooded jumoper, here we call that a hoodie, and MRI instead of MRE. But the story is excellent and imaginative. You really capture the characters truthfully and faithfully.
hguy13 chapter 7 . 4/4/2012
in the United States the term is MRE called meals ready to eat by the military, and meals rejected by everyone by the service-men
quibilah chapter 14 . 3/16/2012
I loved every minute of this, and though I read some reviews from the beginning chapters saying things like Sam wouldn't jump in without taking things off, the dialogue was forced, etc, I disagree 100% And of course they were a little, and I stress little, out of character...if they weren't they'd never get together. 'Sand and Sapphires' sounds very interesting! I absolutely loved this, excellent writing, plot, and character writing, really believable! Can't wait to read some other things from you!

StarEcho chapter 7 . 2/9/2012
Interesting story so far (only on Ch 7 now) and while I know it's complete I figure I'd let you know that MRI stands for Magnetic Resonance Imager...I think what you wanted to say was MRE or Meals Ready to Eat

Looking forward to reading the rest.
NurseKelly chapter 14 . 9/16/2011
Very yummy indeed! Thoroughly enjoyed the entire piece. Well done! Good job keeping them in character and keeping it believable.

"Sam was quite sure she heard the little scream of the regulation guidelines flying out the window. She would have waved it goodbye if she wasn't so absorbed in the feel of Jack's lips on hers."-I think that is BRILLIANT.
smithcrafter chapter 14 . 7/16/2011
Good story!
Western Wicked Witch chapter 14 . 5/22/2011
Just read the whole story. Could have actually seen that on tv. Just fantastic.
Goomba chapter 3 . 4/19/2011
I love/hate that I like the idea of Carter saving O'Neill and of a situation like the one that you have created. However, there is little to no realism in what you have written. As seasoned and trained military personel (and I don't care how dire the situation may be) Carter would never loose her head. AND IF she were to jump into the ragging waters after O'Neill (though I can't believe that she would) she WOULD certainly remove her boots and pack and vest first. A) because they will only weigh her down and B) because then she can go back for them later if she were able. And why oh WHY did they not made radio contact with Teal'C and Daniel when it started to rain... because I believe that they would have. And that Carter would have thought to make brief contact BEFORE jumping in the water to call in back-up. There are spelling errors (and/or rather wrong words all over the place EX. Half way down, his forehead cracked loudly into one of the trees and his mud covered body went "limb" *(should be limp)*, but continued to tumble.) If nothing else you would do well to read it through and make some corrections in those areas.

So, though I find myself interested in the predicament you've created for Carter and O'Neill and I like the idea - I cannot continue. Sorry. Better luck with future attempts.

Cheers Jen
