A good start. Did Harry get permission from Dumbledore or just decide to go on his own?

I like the addition to chapter 1. As Harry gets older and more self-assured, he needs to be able to stand up to the Dursleys. I doubt he'd have to explain the scar to them (Dumbledore left them a letter all those years ago), but basically it's a sensible way to round off the first chapter.

The world needs more Harry and Cho stories... Keep up the good work

This is really quite good- I enjoy the style, and the Harry/Cho is (for once) believable.
