Oh phew!~ I was terrified that Neji died after that last scene. As Tsunade said, "You're a lucky man, Hyūga!" I'm so thankful that everything worked out. This has to be the craziest depiction of Sasuke I've ever come across and I can only imagine how Hinata and Shine reacted upon finding Neji close to death, Sakura completely drained and shook, and both Naruto and Tenten in recovery. I'm amazed they managed to get them back to the village in time for everyone to get the help they needed. Thanks for the great read and good job on a great plot for a rather non-canon couple.

It's in moments like these that I realize I am a hopeless romantic. That was adorable. I'm so happy for them! 3

One thing though: please use a different symbol for your page breakers. As a previous reviewer said, it's hard not to associate it with its use in WWII. Earlier, you had numbers inside or a circle or something. Please consider going back to that design. I know this story is long since finished and it's doubtful you'll even read this comment, but I'm leaving it in case you ever do decide to revisit it... This particular chapter doesn't use a page divider, but I've noticed enough that I felt I had to say something.

Oh, poor Neji! Ino is so not helping his case for making amends with Sakura... I'm curious what she's up to...

Seriously, good job with the fight scenes! They're incredible - though, the gruesome factor in this chapter was probably not the smartest thing for me to read right before bed... -.-* Oh well, it's a good excuse to read on and hopefully read more of adorable NejiSaku early-days. I'll be amused to see how Ino will affect the new couple for the next while.

I want an Ino wing-woman! She's wonderful. Poor Hinata...she never stood a chance. Meanwhile, Shikamaru reminded me of Naruto and Sai when they made Sakura mad. Dangerous women...of course, the only one not intimidated and happy to pass along information is another dangerous, scary woman. Go, Konoha kunoichi!

Neji's probably going to return home, find a flustered Hinata, and learn the hard way not to run next time.

Ok I'm love with tenten right now ! SHE. IS. SO . BADASS. Can we please have a mini series on her alone as the main lead ? Probably a bit of Team Gai here and there as well .

And I loved loved loved hinata's portrayal here . Most of the stories I've read , her character is usually too timid or suddenly badass by some magical turn of events . The slow development here is awesome .

And Neji and Sakura ... I officially have a new otp man.

I think the thing that stuck out to me the most about this story was how seriously badass you made everyone. In cannon, Sasuke and Naruto are OP, and the other characters only get moments to flash here and there. But here? You make them all shine. Sakura is beyond amazing. And Tenten the Dragon Slayer? So cool. I like that she has Enma's contract. They're all S-class epic. I love it. Your fight scenes are well-choreographed and fun to read. And of course, Sakura and Neji's romance was absolutely lovely. I enjoyed how open he was with her. Thank you for sharing this fic with us. It was a pleasure to read.

That meteor hammer was really cool, your description of how it was used was spot on. TenTen is quite the Kunoichi. I would just like to caution you aganist using a descriptor too often, you called her "doe-eyed" quite a bit.

Interesting conflict, but I gotta say Sakura getting so crazy irrationally angry out of the blue like that seems a touch forced.

That almost made me gag. Bravo, wonderful descriptions I really love it when people can describe things well enough to get that reaction!

This is great, I have never seen a story explore the possibility of Sakura opening gates! Now I'm going to wonder why others never thought of this, I love how it ultilizes her natural talents and her hard work.

I loved Neji telling Sakura how to fight, you really had a great description of how he sees the battlefield!
