Anyways, as for my suggestion:
Majora's Mask: Oh Right, The Wedding...
Basically, Link defeats Majora's Mask, and everyone celebrates. Suddenly, the milk sister comes back saying her sister was drugged, guards corner Link for having the Kitsune mask, claiming it was stolen from missing kid (Forgot his name) The Deku King cries over his poisoned daughter while eating monkey, the only surviving Goron named Link cries over his frozen brethren, Zora girl committed suicide after losing all her babies and boyfriend, the girl dies after her Gibdo Dad eats her and Sharp drains Termina of all of its water. The Bomb Shop goes out of business, etc.
Moral: Rewinding time leads tho rewinding your past seeds.
You could also just have one where Link rewinds back to when Skull Kid was good and burn Shigeru Miyamoto's evil mask.

How about
TP: ganondorf dies by having the mailman running into him at the speed of light.

Oh god, so hilarious! Do an Oracle series one like this:
In Ages: Link reaches the top of the Black Tower, and Veran, Ambi. and Nayru are having a slumber party with some strangely attractive darknuts.
In Seasons: Link reaches the throne of Onox's Castle and discovers that Din's in the kitchen, and Onox is in the closet gathering some fancy china dishes. Would be hilarious.

Game: Majora's Mask
Scene: atop the clock tower, facing Skullkid, Link plays the Oath to Order and Calls the Four Giants, a mystical shining gold net of impossible size and made of light appears in the distance, and the four giants then proceed to play volleyball with the moon.

And then the triforce was dragonballs.

Pretty awesome, I have a suggestion for another twilight princess one though. Make Ooocoo really vicious and make him call his brethren to defeat Ganon. Make link loose massively, then when all hope is lost, let oocoo ride into battle with his army of little chicken-creepy-face-sky-being-thingies. Hahaha very far-fetched. Anyway, I love every single one of your group of weirdos stories. off topic, keep going theyre awesome!

Not in this actual game (due to not having it), but I have indeed used Link's strategy before. As for a suggestion on an alternate ending... how about during the battle in Ocarina of Time, Zelda just nails Ganon with an uber-Sage-powered Light Arrow when Link has him distracted. Moral of the story is: When the hero has the big bad occupied and you find yourself with a bow and arrow in your hands, just shoot the bastard.

SUGGESTION: You know how the last hit to Ganondorf is an Ending Blow? Well, generally with enemies, it is entirely possible to MISS and get hit. Also, if you Ending Blow 'Dorf with the Ordon sword, rather than the Master Sword, he just gets back up. So, my suggestion is this: Link has the wrong sword equipped when he use the Ending Blow on 'Dorf, so 'Dorf hits Link, gets up, and slaughters a by-now exhausted Link. How's that?
