Im having a devilish time in placing this. Tom already has death eaters but only three horcruxes? Is this canon compliant, is this a scene from his ten years travels when he searched for the darkest arts or is this supposed to be after halloween 1981 seeing Harry is also here?

Tom was the hunter in his past life, and Harry (Immortal? Elf? Fairy?) was his lover! :P?

I do not know why this story has not received more reviews. I admit, I am incredibly biased. I read stories with more than 80 reviews, because I assume that-with that many reviews-surely, it would be great, right?

WRONG. Some of the stories I've read with over 150 reviews are elementary work at best-with simple words being misspelled. I mean, I'm sure typos are on accident-but reoccurring spelling mistakes on the same words? How did they get so many positive reviews? Maybe because of the romance and the pairing?

Anyway, sorry for ranting. My point is-before I ramble off again-is that I think that this story is positively wonderful. Beautifully written, and original! I was enamored with your writing style. Descriptive, but not overly so. Elia's teasing, but soft (yet mysterious), personality shone through your writing. I absolutely love it. Thanks for the enjoyable read!

I think that you have a really interesting idea going on here. I can't wait to find out more about the other characters and this AU you've created.

Flame you? *chokes* Are you mad? This is the most unique Harry Potter story I have read to date! I am totally with Elia on this one- I want to save Tom myself. I want to save him with love. What you've got so far is so intriguing, so unbelievably immersive, that I'm disappointed there isn't more. When reading any sort of Tom/Harry (even if it isn't slash), I'm always in awe of the authors because I feel that even though it's a pairing I love dearly, it's something I could never write on my own somehow, like I could never get into Tom's head convincingly enough to write a romance between him and Harry, but what you have posted here is inspiring to such an unfathomable degree- I can't even tell you how far this inspiration extends... beyond what any others I have ever read certainly. :D You're already dealing with complex emotions here and that is something I really like- that you're already jumping in there and playing with the fire instead of standing around, admiring the flame. This story is just awesome so far. I'd love it if you were to update. :D I don't think I've ever read something so drenched with Faeries, but it certainly is intriguing and I am loving it so far. Please continue!

I hope that Tom tells Elia his decision before Alec arrives; it will be one more argument to prove to Alec that Tom isn't a monster he was pictured to be, that he can be redeemed, that he may need to be restricted in movements until they are sure he isn't going to create more Horcruxes, go insane, or be consumed by the Dark, that he doesn't have to be...exterminated. I'm not sure, but Tom might agree to show his memories of whom he killed and why he considered them deserving death when he wanted to split his soul. Tom is young, rash, raised in abusive environment, never helped by others, distrustful of their intentions; it's not his fault alone that he has gone so far into Darkness.

Elder? Are you vampires? Or other unusual beings? It doesn't matter who you are, have mercy and don't punish those people who repent, relent their past mistakes.

Beautiful original story. Its like a lovely whimsical poem in parts and is very enjoyable to read with such a wonderfully detailed writing style :)

I think it was quite worth it actually. It was a very good insight on Tom's mind. I would like to know what his decision is. Ella is still a bit of a mystery to me but I like him. Great chapter!
