Your writing is so fluent and captivating I kept losing myself in this story, and your characterization of these two and their relationship? Seriously, flawless. I may or may not have squealed when I realized how you connected the show and the movie, that was THE BEST touch! Anyway I'm not articulate enough to put into words how much I loved this story, just know that I've never been as moved and emotional about a fic as I was with this one, you had me drowning in emotions so thank you for that.

I just recently rediscovered the Beetlejuice cartoon and binged watched it for 3 days, and because of that I found myself loving Beetlejuice more than ever and loving the idea of him and Lydia together. These past few days I have been looking for a fic that worked between the movie and the cartoon, and actually showed Beetlejuice and Lyds becoming more than friends and having detailed sex. This fic ended that search. I was so blown the fuck away when I started reading this fic, and nearly lost my mind on several occasions as I read this story. The plot is amazing, the sex was fantastic, and the feel of the story was perfect! I would pay to have this as a book and continued! Good work!

OH HOLY HELL. When I saw that this was last updated in 2013 I told myself I was screwing up. That I was gonna get INVESTED and then it would be over... And I'd be stuck. In purgatory. I just knew it. But this story WAS SO GOOD... I had to finish it, even at the expense of my SANITY and my SHIPPER'S HEART. Thank you... Thank you for giving me an ending that brings closure and peace. Lol I say it like you did it just for me. I know in fact that you have hundreds of fans who all feel this way. Yet it doesn't change how incredible and delicious this story was too read. I love the way you were able to incorporate the cartoonverse into the story and how WELL it fits. Oh my... Just...perfect. As perfect as our dark heroine is for our flawed hero. I have read a lot of Beetlejuice fanfics over the past couple of weeks and I gotta say THIS one is the absolute best one I've found so far. I can't even put it into words, wonderfully well written, easy to follow, in character. An amazing and heart wrenching way to tie the movie and show together. I CAN'T EVEN RIGHT NOW! just...well done, truly.

The last chapter actually made me cry when I realized you gave her spirit a second chance - especially since you didn't effectively kill off the Lidya in this by irrevocably changing her into Cartoonverse Lidya.

It's always extremely bittersweet for me when I hit a story like this one and I get to the ending of it; it's like a favored roller coaster ride, a favorite food and a favorite guilty pleasure all wrapped in one; you know you shouldn't really start it, you know you may not like parts of it, but when it's finally over all you really want is to do it all over again and never stop.

*pauses and re-reads*

This story is absolute perfection! This is EXACTLY how I'd see Beets and Lydia getting together in a legit way. The story is beautifully written too! Beetlejuice's mannerisms are on point and so is Lydia's. I love how you've written her. She's not a crying, sopping, angsty mess like other Lydia's have been written. And Beetlejuice? Power. Raw-unadulterated-sexual power that I can only image he holds over Lydia. It's amazing. I don't care that they fuck like bunnies-I would expect they do given how they're written in this story. Freaking brilliant. I could go on forever but really, amazing work. I really hope to see more Beetlejuice work from you in the near future!
