Some of us excel at English and Art but suck ass at maths! I hated in the books how JK basically made Snape a eunuch, pining after a dead teen.I don't think he'd shag a student over a desk. I'm a fan of slowburn, but can't deny that their encounter was hot.

I love how you included all that stuff about age and life expectancy. I'm a secret math nerd, not very good at the college classes but I love doing random calculations for games and GPAs and such. I'm the one who calculated the various minimum grades my roommate needed on her finals to keep her GPA high enough for her scholarship, thus letting her choose where to put in the effort rather than aiming for all the same high grades. I love that kind of thing. Done it since high school so I didn't waste effort and time studying for a 90 when a 70 would get me the same GPA. Lots of fun :)

Just came across your story today and wanted to thank you for the best laugh I've had in a long time. I had to stop reading the detention lines twice so I could catch my breath. Like Ron and Harry I laughed so hard I cried.

Thank you for wasting paper and time to get the life expectancy ratio. That helps me with that contemplation as to why wizards were so old, and Muggles died with such a shorter lifespan than a wizard or witch. Loving the story, made sure to favorite it so that if I want to read it again I may do so.
