I pretty much freaked out when I saw you had updated again. This is a really enjoyable fanfiction! Unlike most fanfictions, it's unpredictable and fascinating (in a sort of horrifying way).

Also, being a twin in real life means fanfictions centered around twins tend to get on my nerves. But you've got the relationship down really, really well. Yay!

Oh, I reviewed this the other day, but something must have messed up. Anyway, what I said was that I love Vash in this. Even though he's only young he tries to do the right thing. And thank goodness those guards are gone... but I bet we haven't seen the last of them.

this is an unbelievable story. simplistic in the writing but so POWERFUL in the prespective of Matthew, the wonder of being a child, the horror and agony. I am in love with your brilliance. I watched Sleepers when in came out in the movies (i was 16 at the time) and it struck a cord with me. Though loosely based, it reminds me so much of it...because of the tone...

and I cry because as we already know how it will end by the prologue.

And the end. You jerkface. If I didn't like your story so much (and that' really all you can judge people on on this website), I'd dislike you very much. But I don't dislike you because I do like the story and I'll be waiting for the next update.

Anyway, I enjoy how inside his head this is. And, at times, I keep forgetting that this entire story is the past and not the present (which has the twins at the bar), not that that effects much. It's just something I've noticed.

Lovely story though, something fairly new. I love Francis and Arthur. Wow.

And Gilbert always makes me giggle. Especially when he's with Ludwig.
