This was phenomenal, it was so beautiful. This is how I see delena, yes they fight and maybe they are toxic but they are toxic when they are not together. They belong together and your fanfic says that.

I love how you made it sort of a push-and-pull, never-quite-on-the-same-page-until-finally-they-were thing, because that's kinda how they work. It fit them very well as characters, and made for a great read.

Loved it. Damon and Elena aren't ever going to have a perfect relationship. Elena can't be the only one to change; I like that Damon changed a bit, too, for Elena. It was sweet. The Elena-Caroline-grave scene seemed a bit off compared to the other parts, but it was really, really good! :)

I think you did a great job understanding the characters and the nature of their relationship. The part with Caroline was good, too. Plus, the writing is great. All in all, an excellent story.
