Wow! Wonderful story, and I just had to thank you for the wonderfully passionate and lovely example you showed of a Dom/sub relationship

I am not a fan of this kind of relationship, it just reminds me to much of how close the lines come to being abusive. It freaks me out...but I read it all the way through and thought it was good...Not my cup of tea but it was good. I just felt upset during most of it since it just got a bit to much at points...Like how he would be punished...It made me shiver in a not very good way. But still I liked how you had them in love and it was not a I control you type story...Its a I love you and dont want you to accept this way of life if you cant handle it.

The tattoo was the hottest, most unique image I could have ever conceptionalized in my head. Awesome imagination. The bracelets, although they have meaning in the BDSM world/community, I'm al ol' fashioned girl and would have been just as happy with modern wedding bands. But...I get the emphasis on the lifestyle and why the bracelets hold such meaning.

This chapter and Chapter 8 were my favorite. Again, something new to read; I like an assertive Tony and a less cruel Gibbs and Chap 8 and 9 displayed the freedom and love most openly than all the other chapters, in my opinion. Really great story - very well written - the details, the wording. At times, the conversation could be confusing if specifically you the words "Gibbs said...Tony said" were not used, but overall I enjoyed it.

Although I like an equally strong Tony and Gibbs...an equal partnership...I've enjoyed this story to a point. I don't like this lifestyle BUT ... THIS WAS MY FAVORITE CHAPTER SO FAR! I'm curious as to everything you've described so far and although I think you have Gibbs written exactly as I think he is, Tony is tooo submissive. I need a strong Tony on and off the job, because Gibbs isn't perfect and he sort of admits that here in how you write him, but a more confident Tony doesn't appear until this chapter when Tony explains Gibbs has the power because Tony freely gives it. Lastly, because this is what I like but may not be what fits into the Dom/Sub lifestyle...I think Tony should be able to 'take' Gibbs for Tony's pleasure too...and Gibbs'...but that's just my idea.

First off, I liked the main story itself. However, I'm not sure you're very familiar with the BDSM scene - you mentioned in the summary that it is "nothing too extreme". Trust me, a 24/7 lifestyle like the one you've shown here, without even the basic necessity of safewords, is considered incredibly "extreme". Whips and clamps are about masochism - pain is something quite different from submission.

On the note of safewords, I know several experienced couples who don't use them, but that's because the Dom is very familiar with their sub's body language and also responds immediately to 'No!'. You quite clearly showed Gibbs disregarding Tony's repeated 'No' to have sex with him. Even in the context of a relationship, BDSM or otherwise, that's called RAPE!

Here, you've shown Gibbs as more of a bully than a dominant, and Tony is more like some slaves I've met than a true submissive.

In short, while the basic premise of your story was sound, I'm afraid that you don't know enough about BDSM and a 24/7 BDSM lifestyle to make it realistic and in fact ended up horrifying me at times with your portrayal of Gibbs - he would make an awful Dom in a long-term relationship.

I found this occasionally very good and occasionally very disturbing.
Gibbs demands that Tony should repress or plain not feel certain emotions can be downright unhealthy for Tony in the long run. The power dynamic between Gibbs and Tony feels very one way and nowhere in the fic are safe-words mentioned and that makes me question whether the BDSM relationship here is truly safe, sane and consensual.

it's awesome, even if i'm not in the control freak and i don't really like to take orders you actually made me think that this side of Gibbs is one of a kind and i like that...i can't wait to read the next chapter.

Not my normal cuppa. But good gracious, I loved it! I would love to read more. Gibbs and Tony settling into 'married' life. Maybe Abby/Ducky discovering and reacting to the boys lifestyle. More interaction with Katherine. Please?
