I don't know which zelda game you are using so I'll make a few different ones while trying my best to keep Chris's personality. I really don't know if he's cocky or insecure or normalize or sensitive or...what, so here it goes:

I closed my eyes and imagined the Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time's Emblem. In my mind's eye, I saw it grow brighter until it was blinding. I got the sensation I was spinning and grew dizzier and dizzier until I felt I was going to be sick, but as suddenly as it began, it stopped.

I sank to my knees and threw up on the grass. I wiped my mouth on my sleeve with nothing better to wipe it one, and shakily stood up. A wave of nausea overtook me again and I forced the bile back down. Even so, I felt a bit better.

'Did it work?' I thought. I looked around and saw Hyrule Castle town in the distance.

'So I'm in Hyrule Field.' I thought blandly, but then, I truly realized it.

"I'm in Hyrule Field!" I exclaimed aloud, overcome by the giddy feeling of being in my favorite game.

'Now, how will I find Link?' I wondered. Luck was on my side, however, and I heard the clip-clop of hooves. It was Epona, and on her back was the green clad swordsman. He was hunting a Big Poe.

'The game truly doesn't do him justice.' I thought as I watched with awe, His bowstring was drawn tight as he pursued the Poe, his face a mask of concentration. This all happened within a split second as he released the arrow, finding its mark in the Poe. He dismounted, bottled it, and noticed me.

He eyed me with curiosity, as if he was analyzing me. Judging my jeans, baggy shirt, and new vomit stain to see whether or not I was a threat. He reached his conclusion and dropped his guard.

"Who are you?" He asked, "I haven't seen you around here before, but your Hylian."

This came as a surprise. I lifted my hand to my ear and sure enough, it was pointed.

'While this is cool, it makes lying a lot harder. I can't just tell him I came from another world.'

"I-uh- am visiting from the Kanto region it's pretty far from here. I don't know why my ears are pointed, but my uncle has them too."

"What's his name?"

"Ugh, I can never remember. Was it A-Al-Alivn?"

"Do you mean Aldwin?"

"Uh, yeah, him."

Link eyed me suspiciously as if he could tell I was lying, but he didn't pry.

"Well, it's too late to get back to Castle Town, even on horseback. But my house isn't too far and you never told me your name."

"Neither did you."

"Link."

"Christopher."

He mounted Epona and looked down at me.

"Well, are you coming or not?" he asked, offering me his hand."

Hmm curios.
