Most of this is gold the only part i have a problem with is the trap most fanfics fall into of making harry the stoic hero look like a sniveling child. He was of course abused but took that and turned it into his only flaw knight and shining armor syndrome. He has to keep fighting or he will break. He would cry i feel, but sadly at this part of the story he's no longer a child he would not sob not whale he would shed a tear then move on. Again this is just my opinion.
