I think Aizen wants him to fail containing 20 demon souls. Probably assign him the top 10 demons who are the most powerful. It's normal, he's facing the Devil himself. Aizen's tasks are allways quite hard and this one is quite difficult. Aizen loves challenging people and he does it in a nic way... Can't wait for more...
