Funny story. I was a bit taken aback at first, because Face really does act like a criminal there. But I suppose, that's what he _is_, so you're absolutely right to portray him this way. I tend to overlook his more criminal tendencies in favour of his, err, looks. I'm shallow, I suppose.

By the way, I like your user name. Even though it doesn't actually translate as "dancing mushrooms". ;) In fact it's "(to) dance mushrooms", the mushrooms being in the accusative. What you were aiming for, would be "Tanzende Pilze".

I loved the scams Faced pulled off. Only he could do them.

Haha, nice. I loved the one where Face sold the guy's own flowers back to him and the one where he kept the kid from buying alcohol. Nice look at Face's scamtastic skills. :)

The scams Face pulled in this fic were ridiculous and so Face. I love Face and I can't believe that thos people actually fell for them, too! Although, Face probably could sell air conditioning to Eskimos.:) I enjoyed reading this!

Ha! That was nice. VERY nice! It's great to see Face portrayed as a cool, competent, smooth operator, something a lot of writers (and, let's face it, that includes a lot of the screenwriters from the show) don't bother doing.

My oh my... It stories like this that almost put Face in an unflattering light...almost. ) And I do love a good scam. The only one I feel sorry for was the zen garden lady...Though really the elderly should be educated about these things all ready, non?

This is terrific! I especially love Face stopping the kid with the fake ID. And turning the last scam around on the shop owner - awesome! The dialogue is perfect - you really have Face dead to rights in manner and the sort of scams he pulls.
