Aw...But there's a really good dream sequence from Batman: The Animated Series (the one from the 1990s) that has Two-Face in it that would've been better!

You're goddamn right I recognized the Gone With the Wind reference! I loved that book! It gave me a new perspective on slavery! I mean, sure, slavery is still a terrible thing, but there were, surprisingly enough, good slave owners as well! Meaning, of course, slave owners that treated their slaves like family! I never knew that until I read the book! I ****ing loved that book!

I just got that little 'before the dawn he's your son' joke. Everything the light touches is Mufasa's and since it wasn't fully dawn and the light hadn't hit the cave, Harry wasn't 'his' yet XD Took me years but I figured out the joke.

I'm loving this so far.

That was really bad.

Tgis story is just an almost exact retelling of The Lion King, but with some bits of Harry going to Hogwarts during his exile. But none of the Harry Potter stuff matters at all to the Lion King parts. And while the Lion King parts do cause some changes to the Harry Potter parts, none of them are particularly important or interesting. And Harry just runs back to Africa, so none if it matters anyway.

So while this story started with a good premise, it completely wastes it. Anyone who thinks they might want to read this should just watch The Lion King instead.

I love Mufasa's line about before sunrise, Harry's Sarabi's son, because I never understood it before. I know now that it's because Mufasa is king of everything the light touches. Before sunrise, there isn't light touching them...

This story is amazing
