I wonder what it would've been like during WW2 especially the early years when daily night raids were constant. I bet Quidditch was often canceled due to air raids and night time had blackout laws.

However teller robberys do not yield as much cash but a much higher success rate. They usually yield around 5 to 8K per robbery and it's best to use 50s and 100s. 20s tend to have dye packs in them or some sort of tracking charm as they are the most common amount of dollars. As for 5s and 10s it would be suspecious if a passerby saw a clerk suddenly clear out a bunch of money from the drawer down to the bottom.

One successful bank robber has his story after willingly turning himself in to police after a decade on the run. He even got a bank teller in trouble who pocketed 100$ for herself during one of his most memorable robberies.

Actually Gringotts could be robbed successfully. Most bank robbers get caught because they usually go for the deep vault and something gets screwed up or they usually wave a weapon. On average bank robbers can go a long long time without being caught and screw up when they brag to their friends who turn them in for a reward or they make a mistake during a robbery.

Those who don't use weapons but use notes tend to not be on the news cycle as TV news is just not interested unless a gun was used or displayed. (even if it's fake). TV's love to make sensation out of guns way out of proportion.

I completely understand why the author abandoned this for several reasons. One if your going to make Harry mute you need to come with a creative solution to get rid of it. I don't like mute fics that are there just for the hell of it. I like seeing a solution arise that's permanent since this is the Wizard world we're talking about.

Two. The author's computer likely broke down. On smartphones (which big industry has been pushing for since the Windows 8 disaster with the whole Metro crap) you can't type very well on them. It's a pain in the butt. So most people casually view them. On YouTube my PS3 goes immediately to the mobile version and comments are not even there!

That is likely why so many videos struggle now who are new as older established channels like Pewee or Gilva Sunner were around when computers were relevant and cheaper for everyday use. Now they are just expensive gaming machines that cost your entire collage funds and notebooks still are not up to snuff.

Even Apple has dumbed their UI down in their Sierra release. Type GUI's getting dumber in Duck Duck Go. Don't do it in Google as they have (truth) sensors and se what I mean plus there is very little in software. Hell I'm not getting a Switch till more outside software comes out.
