Reviews for The Toy Theatre
ghostwritten2 chapter 26 . 4/12
Oh my gosh, I love this. Love love love it. I can hardly think of what else to say; I am definitely favoriting this. Thank you for writing it.
KatriaFaeyero chapter 26 . 4/4
Congratulations on your beautiful story. I enjoyed it greatly from the very first chapter! The love between Erik and Christine was so realistic and at the same time romantic and beautiful. Philipe was a complete idiot and a fool but I found Raoul charming. I also loved the fact that Eric grew up with a loving mother who wanted to support his dreams.

Thank you for sharing that beautiful story with us. It is one of the best I have read!
IvyPhan4ever chapter 26 . 3/18
One of the best fanfictions I've ever read.

Nomad of Words chapter 25 . 7/27/2019
Excellent story, very original. I like your shift from dangerously angry to sad, believable for different circumstances, and your use of characters.
Also liked Raoul was still a good guy, but Christine’s heart was already taken!
All in all, great story and plotline, and congrats on almost finishing it!
Epilogue chapter sounds great, and like the other reviewer I hope everything gets tied in a nice bow for us! ;-) *winks*
Mominator124 chapter 25 . 7/18/2019
Woo hoo! SO glad to see you posting again. I suspect most of your readers are overjoyed to be reading a new chapter.

Had to LOL at the idea that droves of theater goers gobbled up tickets to "Don Juan" just to see Erik (must all be PotO phans ;D) and was impressed with Christine's solution to the dilemma of who should sing the title role in future shows.

Looks like nearly everything is working out for Erik: an offer to finally achieve his life-long dream to perform before a live audience, a successful showing of "Don Juan" despite the disruption, and Christine's acceptance of his proposal.

Yup, the perfect almost ending to your wonderful story. Every E/C lover's dream for him.

I do hope the epilogue will include not only his and Christine's wild success in La Fenice and famous theaters all around the world, but the fates of the Paris Opera, Philippe, Carlotta, Piangi and the others. Will Philippe be happy once Erik is gone, or will resentment fester? Will Carlotta become more pleasant? Will the real critics be happy that Erik is gone? So many things I still want to know.

Thank you for posting this!

Barb

Wow, it's been three years? To be honest I don't remember when I posted a review to your story but I am glad that you didn't abandon it. This is one of my favorites. I hope you will write more stories... :)

Thank you for continuing this, this story is really good and I’m excited for where you will take this next since the canon script is nearly over.

I'm sad that you haven't updated this. I really liked a lot of elements. Especially your characterization of Phillipe. I've never seen him as such a fun villain before and in this fic it suits him utterly. I hope you get inspired again
ArtemisBare chapter 3 . 8/15/2017
