Well, this seemed to mix nicely with the prequel you made later. Since you made this one pretty early in your publishing career I'm not surprised that there were a few grammar errors, and past/present tense mix-ups. As far as Shadow's death here, oddly I could live with this one. The alterations you made to his backstory really made him a wretched, and thoroughly tortured creature. It was a blessing of mercy to him here, despite my opinion that Shadow is simply too stubborn to die. Either that or he makes the Grim Reaper wet his cloak, AHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Your story has really had an impact on me. I mean demons, visions, mystery/supense...great concepts to work with. Actually the mystery and suspense is what really kept me going throughout the whole story.

Agreed. You should do a sequel...but can I request one more thing before you (might) start on it. I really want to see a prequel in your version of Shadow's creation, production, training, etc.

Please do a sequel where Shadow comes back, that's always a croud pleaser(well...most of bloody time)

(Note not a flame) you really need to write a story continuing after this, maybe saying Shadow comes back as a spirit to say goodbye for the last time...'sniffle'
