I really liked this. It was creepily moving, which is what one should expect of Voldemort/Tom Riddle. Well done!

I like the part about "the toys are lies" - fits in well with the little Tom Riddle we see in HBP. You're so good at writing Voldemort.

I was going to write that! I'd thought it all out - Voldemort's loathsome thoughts of Christmas, through different eras of his life, his disgust towards all the happy families out there, his boredom and carelessness at the orphanage, his disgust at those who are so bloody happy (Yet he's a snake waiting to strike...) when Christmas comes to Hogwarts, and finally, when Tom Riddle is dead (Although I can't help but have a feeling that Tom Riddle was Voldemort all along, he just hid it well) and Voldemort is there in his stead, the hate and pure loath at the thought of those despicable creatures who celebrate Christmas, live their happy little lives in their perfect little mansions with their darling families - and, throughout it all, one could see the small jealousy Riddlemort felt, a jealousy (And, perhaps, disappointment? Loneliness?) that turned into disgust, to loath, to HATE -

I'd even started pondering as to what I should name it, when WHAM! Suddenly, my iPhone beep, and would you believe it? Looks like Az have written the story I was going to write before I even got as far as to type in the first word on Word!

Merlin knows I hate you SO MUCH right now...

And to make it all even worse, your fic is so bloody BRILLIANT, so bloody IN-CHARACTER, so bloody TOUCHING, so bloody... 'VOLDEMORT-Y', so - so - so so FUCKING PERFECT that I can't even HOPE to compare to this!

This was a nice insight to the mind of Voldemort/Tom Riddle Jr. It was in character which is wonderful. I don't like reading an OOC Voldemort. I could feel that sense of...being superior when I read his thoughts.

All in all it was a very good fic. I love your writing by the way Azzie.
