OoT Zelda was probably her great-grandmother. OoT happened when she was ten, and while monarchs tend to reign a few decades she probably died when she was like 80. Unless it was really stretched where OoT Zelda had children late in life (unlikely) and then her children had children late in life too, there's probably another generation there.

Your writing is great and it brings a thoroughly human depth to the characters the way they're consistent in their emotions and how they act. I also suprised myself with really enjoying the fact that it's a love story not necessarily focused on some great disaster, a pregnancy or a perfect proposal. It was just relatable!

WOW. I really like the way you interpreted both Link and Zelda. I have the feeling many authors don't give TP Zelda enough credit and make her too much like OoT Zelda, seeing a fic that didn't and actually made a firm point on them being so different even if they shared a name was refreshing. I also liked how contrasting Link and Zelda's POVs where. What else...? Um, your wording makes the scenes very easy to understand and imagine, there was actual chemistry between our two main characters (One is often surprised at the lack of this in romance fics) and you can really feel the tension and attraction building up inside them, so their little escapades seem perfectly natural and not just out of the blue. Overall, one of the most enjoyable TP Zelink fics I've ever had the luck to come across. I'm going to shut up now.

this a really good story! everything is very believable the whole build up and the he's a "commoner" shes a princess it can't happen. Ill admit i was so frustrating watching (i mean reading) Zelda constantly pushing Link away.

I would really like to see the reactions to the relationship and if someone would try to break them up.

This was an amazing read. The conflict of royalty, taking on Hyrule by herself, and trying to do the best for her country really sets in here.

It was sweet and serious at the same time, and I feel it had the perfect balance along with a twinge of humor at Link's sarcasm.

I shall check out 'To Build a Home'!

I was honestly really surprised when I got an email saying that this had been updated, but the fact that I still knew what it was more than a year after reading it states more about how good it is than anything I could say here. (You may also need to know that unless I really like something, or it's utterly terrible, I probably won't remember it for more than a few months.)

So despite the very long time between updates, something that I don't feel right complaining about due to how long I've left my own readers hanging, this was quite excellent. Their relationship had just enough push and pull in it to keep it interesting and rather riveting, and your prose was mildly poetic without getting sappy.

I liked the rather open ending. As nice as conclusive happy endings are to read, sometimes they're not particularly believable. Knowing that the characters have decided to try is good enough for me. ]

Oh, and I would suggest that you change the story's status to complete. I know that I sometimes put that in the requirements when I search for stories to read, if I can't be bothered to get into anything that's still being updated, and you wouldn't want to not be there for someone who's looking.

Although it's been ages since I read the last chapters, the impact they made when I read them wasn't forgotten, so I could follow along in this chapter just fine. The back-and-forth between Zelda and Link was fitting for this story. I'm so glad to see it finished.
