I so wish this had been canon. It makes me so sad to watch the downward spiral of the Rory/Jess relationship in season 3. Maybe this situation would have had a different outcome. Anyway, please keep writing! I'll be your number one fan! I'll throw a party! There will be cake!

Oooh, this is wonderful! All the pretty kinds of wonderful! :) I stumbled upon this one-shot after I clicked on your Community Service fic and realised I just don't have time to read it right now. The one-shot, I had time for, so I read, and I loved, and I make of point of always trying to review, especially when the story is soooo good! You write these two wonderfully, just how they should be. Jess is adorably sarcastic and cute. Rory is a funny drunk, no doubt.

This is so going on my favourites to read again later, and please, do expect reviewage when I get done with Community Service. It might take me a while to get a chance to read it all because free time is scarce of late, but yeah, I'm very excited to read that one.

Truth is, I'm new to GG, and I'm still working my way through the dvds for the first time. I hit episode 6x5 just yesterday, so I can read quite a lot of the awesome Rory/Jess fic now, but not all. This kind of thing is perfect for me, and now I'm in a place where I can read Community Service too, I'm just so excited :) (Sorry for rambling at you, I just get really bouncy about awesome fic! lol)

Ok. This story makes me grin like an idiot! I'm proud of Jess for being enough of a gentleman to respect the unwritten rules about taking advantage of the situation when a lady has had a bit too much to drink. I'm sorry he had to relive whatever dealing with a weaving-so-I-have-to-hold-her-steady drunk would obviously force him to relive.

All in all, though, just so well-written, and SO MUCH FUN to read!

I love this and wish it wasn't just a one shot, there's so much I'd like to see happen, like does remember the kiss? how will Jess act? will Lorelai and Dean find out? How will Rory react when she wakes up in Jess' apartment?

Sorry those are just my rambling thoughts, please write more chapters or else I will have to write something for myself (I won't post it of course).
