awwww! I *loved* this fic. An excellent tag to the episode (and I do agree, that moment in the park was an interaction between Eliot and Parker that begged for further development). I loved how you developed it here and took us into the aftermath.

Really, just a beautiful piece. I love how worked up Eliot was and Parker just strode in, so calm, and helped him in the way he really needed. Beautiful prose too, I loved this:

"But all that was heard was the harsh breathing of his, and the calm small breaths that were her's."

This is an awesome piece, I love the way you have matured Parker into this understanding and patient woman. I know she's got it in her somewhere and I think this is starting to come through in the show itself. I loved the final episodes of this season and literally cannot wait until Season 4 kicks off. This was nice. I like how subtle the parker/eliot pairing was in this. I personally think of them in more of a sibling fashion...it,to me, makes the bonding so much more special and meaningful and organic. Anyways the sublety of this piece was great and you captured one of those moments when parker lets on that she is wise beyond comprehension. :-)
