This was a really good story, in my opinion! You really managed to portray the sort of numb confusion and fear in situations like this - situations where things are happening too fast for you to really comprehend. And you truly captured how strong a mother's love is and the instincts that come with it!

All in all, I liked this story a lot! Wonderful work! : )

This was very sweet. It was especially easy to see how much Carole cared for Kurt during "Furt" and this was a nice extension of that. Also nice catch that Kurt called them "my parents" at the end of that episode. Great job :)

I live in Minnesota, and my town was hit pretty hard by a tornado this summer. It was scary, and you did a pretty decent depiction of what it's like. Except for the freight trains...it sounds like a train right before the tornado hits.
