Loved this, all the characters and especially Miriel and Thranduil, have you written a story where their love story is told as I have not been able to find one and would very much like to read it.

So since you said he floated down the stairs I read the rest of the first section picturing Oropher as a ghost... Yep.

A perfect ending to a perfect story. I abosuletly enjoyed every moment of this story, I don't think it appeared rushed at all, in fact, you did an excellent job on it! It's an awesome birthday fic, I really appreciate it.

Thranduil definitely found himself a wonderful wife who fits with him perfectly. I'm glad to see that she is capable of keeping him in place and on his toes lol. Just goes to what love makes you do...crazy things! Haha!

What has Thranduil gotten himself into this time! 'Shakes head'Oropher definitely knew what he was talking about when he said Thranduil had a gift for making monumental mistakes, I wonder how he's going to get out of this one. At least Elrond discovered he was up to something and may be able to aid him in some way and then give him a sound thrashing lol.

Don't worry about rounding this story off, I completely understand that you want to check this off as completed and it's a wonderful story that I truly appreciate. I loved every single chapter and word that was written. I can't wait for the next chapter!

My birthday is on March the first, so I was wondering... could you PLEASE update then?

God knows I need something to cheer me up, I'm studying for my final grades in nineth grade. (I'm swedish, so if you've got no idea about what I'm saying about the school-thing, it's not you who are odd but I who's being foreign ;))

Today I finished reading all your stories, the last ones being Hounds an sledges and The son of Draugluin. Love all of them, though I've not rewiewed all. Buuut, I WILL DO if you update the in-progress stories!

Love it! Love it! Love it! I must say I felt sorry for the butler, I would hate to be the one to face Thranduil when he's in such a bad mood, but he gave him a reputation as a tyrant, which I find is completely unfair. But urgh! It must be so frustrating for Thranduil though! I would've gone insane by then. I can't helping feeling that Gil-Galad is being a bit unfair though, I can understand his rules about practicing inside but he could be a little more sympathetic, yet, then again, I am a little biased ;). Loved the sarcasm about the orc slowing down for Elrond - very sharp lol.

Now I really can't wait for the next chapter and see how Thranduil is going to get out of situation. I sorta had a feeling he was going to come up with a plan instead of waiting it out 'tsk tsk' hahaha. I absolutely love this birthday present! _ Thank you so so so much!

'Sniffle...cries...sobs...wipes away tears' no one's ever given me something like this before. I can't express how happy and grateful I am that I have a story written just for me! Thank you 'gives massive hug'. I absolutely love this and I'm sure I'm going to love the next chapter as well :').

It's a good thing Avorn managed to get out of the snowstorm before it got worse. Poor Thranduil, though, he's just married and now he's separated from his wife for who knows how long! Shame! It must be aweful, I just hope he doesn't do something silly like try and sneak out into the storm; knowing how stubborn he can be, but I doubt he would be that foolish...well...you never know, I guess I just have to wait and see :D.

I absolutely loved this, a really great chapter, I can tell that you put alot of love and effort into this and I can't thank you enough.
