It was a very well written story, though personally there were a few points because of which it's not on my favorites list:
- Liz got pregnant by Turner (rather, she had sex at all with him)
- the incredibly long time it took her and Jack to get together (talk about wasting time that could be spent together) - I actually had the impression they would be a couple by timeline of second movie and not some 11 years after third movie
- the ending left out the kid and the fact that Jack now had an instant family, not just a wife and
- that there was really no angst for Elizabeth at the end after she'd run him off in chap. 11.

I'm a sucker for angst and grovelling after one character hurts the one they love IF it ends happily and I would've loved to see some Liz angst and emotional pain and self-recriminations over telling Jack no. Honestly, Jack gave in too easily, made him look desperate. xD

As said, these are personal taste and preferences, which I completely know can't really be satisfied by a writer other than myself because different folks, different strokes.

Wait, when exactly did she marry Turner? Cause last I remember in this story they hadn't managed to get married, though she had his kid and in the next chapter she is thinking about their vows?

Ah I loved it :) Nice tale, that got them together, yet kept in keeping with the original storyline. Marv.

Loved this story! I thought it was a nice bit of holiday cheer from someone who just came down with a severe case of PotC nostalgia...I do wish you'd fleshed out Liam a bit more, especially given that he literally hasn't met his father for most of the story. Anyway, everyone was very in character and I enjoyed reading this a lot. If you ever do post an epilogue, I'd like to read it...

Wow, this is just excellent! You've done such a fabulous job of including the different parts of the 12 Days of Christmas song into the chapters - I am really impressed.

You have a wonderful handle on the characters voices and behaviour, and you included so many! I loved the use of Teague's voice in Jack's head, and the two mini-Jacks on his shoulders, as well.

I really like that you kept with the plot of the films, even including the fact that Elizabeth got pregnant by Will that first time. It seemed like it would get in the way of the Sparrabeth, but you made it work so well.

Of course the Sparrabeth was the best part and the last chapter was my favourite because they finally got together, but I really enjoyed the whole thing. The final one of the five gold rings that he saved that whole time and then used as a wedding ring for her, that was beautiful.

I'm definitely going to put this on my favourite stories list to read again sometime... maybe next Christmas! ;)
