This story is getting really good. I like the idea of having Yami and Joey as cops. It's an interesting change. I hope you can continue the story soon or whenever you get inspired to. I like to know what will happen next and when Anzu will tell Yami about her past.

Oh I wonder what is Roinin's excuse for brwaking another promise... oh wait he is a self-center jerk who cares for no one but himself.. Really, 2 weeks and that is all he has to say. She should just divorce him and leave him.
The story is good (other than what happened here) hope it gets better.

Workaholic or not, being a cop or not Roinin needs a reality check. And whatever he is hiding will eventually come out.

Yami made the right choice. If he had killed Nakashima, even though he basically deserves it after all the crap he's pulled, it would've made him like him...
