Hmm...how about a role reversal where Izaya gets caught with a cold or a chapter where Namie is slowly losing interest in her 'perfect love' and starts noticing good traits from izaya? It's not much of an idea but you can add onto it and make it more of your style. Anyways I love the way you characterized Izaya in this and I hope you make more works like this in the future :)

Hmm I think what would happen if you would continue it based on what happened so far and their personalities is that on the second day she gets a little better and he continues to take care of him simple things make another crack could be when her brother comes gets mad at Izaya for being there and Izaya gets sort of passive aggressive mad the scary way he does while he's smiling and jabs at the boy about where was he when his sister needed help and kicks her brother out. She wasn't exactly conscious to see it but in a dream like haze saw it and at night when he's about to leave she grabs his sleeve and asks him to stay. Please write this if you can!

It's stopped at a good place, but if you can continue, I won't say no! I like that there's a reason why she starts to turn away from her brother and to another person. Sometimes, if we're lucky, we have a moment of realization when we see things for what they really are, and change follows. I can really go with Namie's having one of those. How things will develop from here, I'm not sure. I can see her starting to contemplating Izaya in a new light, but cautiously, and also to see how her brother acts and realize how he's never really treated her right, or something like that. :) There are plenty of possibilities. Hope this helps!
