This is exactly how I thought Ron's return should have played out in the movie. Kudos!

It was a very good alternative ending, but I think everyone enjoyed it when she just started beating the living day lights out of him in utter rage :P

Hmmm... as much as I loved Hermione's reaction in the movie, I would SO have taken your version! The thing is we know she did cry when Ron left but you are right, it would have been nice to see Hermione cry when Ron returned-maybe Hermione just couldnt show Ron what she thought was weakness which would have been crying. Anyway, awesome work! (as usual :)).

This is SO how it should have happened! It is so much truer to their characters than the canon version (apology to JK). Kudos for your understanding of these two. Thanks for writing!
