I like the part where Stitch thought about how much Lilo meant to him, and how he owed his life more to Lilo than Jumba.

LOL, I know you've already written the next several chapters, but I can't see Lilo becoming the Joker and Harley's little girl. The only way she would do that is if she lost hope that she would ever see her real ohana again, and that isn't happening in this story so far.

Lilo is not a good liar. Her story about Stitch is too complicated to remember easily if someone asks her about him again. Granted, most cartoon characters would still buy it, but Bruce Wayne is obviously smarter than the average cartoon character.

No, not the scythe! I like the scythe! Sure it looks weird, but it’s as much a part of Dib’s character as Stitch’s blue fur is to Stitch’s character…If that makes any sense. XD

Hehe, I like how Dib thinks Batman is a vampire.

It was an interesting choice to make him the hula team manager. Moses seemed to do well enough without a manager, but oh well.

I do have a nitpick: it's Gotham, not Gothem.

Okay well I still don't like your Hatter but I guess it does make an interesting side-plot. You write Lilo and the rest of the people from her universe really well, same with Dib, and Zim too in the brief parts in which he is seen. It looks like you've nailed GIR's personality, but his wording seems off sometimes. The people from the Batman universe appear to be in character as I haven't noticed any OOCness, so good work on all that. One recurring typo is that you often have "waste" as "waist". Um yeah, I'm all out of praise/tips, so I'll end this review with a phrase commonly seen in my reviews of non-completed stories:
