I like it very cute, also I thought the way you pointed out how cliche it was stopped the story itself becoming too cheesy and cliche (if that makes sense lol).

I like how the narration sounded informal, which is a surprise, because I usually roll my eyes at narrations that sound a little too casual.

However, no matter how casual the narration sounded for this fic, it did not seem colloquial, just matter-of-fact, like a child telling someone the course of their day.

Also, I like how you described Merlin here, as an oxymoron, contradictions everywhere.

The last paragraphs are perhaps my favourite parts, probably because the way that you described Arthur's change did not sound dramatic at all, just that it happened.
