Wow. This was so incredbile.

When I read the summary, I thought it was going to be John saying those words to Sherlock, but I liked how you had their roles switched here. I liked their dialogue and your descriptions of John's injuries (particlarly the line about him having blood on his mouth) just really gave me chills for some reason. I especially liked how three orderlies had to hold Sherlock back when they finally got to the hospital because it showed the depth of Sherlock's love and dedication to John; and reading that was just so beautiful.
