Its a decent story, but you use the thesaurus too much for it to flow naturally. It makes a lot of your sentences kind of disjointed. I'm not saying that to be mean, its just the plain truth. I think you'd be a much better writer if you sometimes opted for something like 'wordiness' over 'loquacity'.
