I know the last update was in 2017 but this is a really good story and I am excited to see how it will end! I love a good OC story that has either no romance or romance is not a main topic in the story and I really hope you continue this

Wow, I’m not sure if you’re still continuing with this book but I’ve decided to drop in. When I first saw this story, I wasn’t all that interested and stopped after the first chapter, but then I come back today and ended up binge reading it all in a day. I love Jessica, for her personality and funny moments, and THANK YOU for not making her a Mary Sue. I love the gang’s dynamic with her and— you know what, I just love everything about this Fic, nuff said.

Awesome story I like how you don't exactly follow the series

I just wanted to say how much I love this story! It's incredibly unique and Jessica as a main character really gives me a deep dive into the Avatar world and how difficult it would really be to live there. You worry that she is a Mary-Sue I would argue she is so far from that it's almost funny, she's impulsive, loud, brash, angry, stubborn, brave, kind and most importantly growing as a character. It's been wonderful to see her progress from her complete beginnings as she stumbles, trips and sneezes her way to becoming a hero the world desperately needs to save it. I have noticed you haven't updated in a long time and I am not sure if you are ever going to, but I really really hope that this story isn't abandoned. It's too amazing to not be continued and for Jessica's story to get the ending it deserves. Not to mention more interactions between Zuko and Jessica as they are my favourites! Hopefully, this isn't the end for Jessica and the Gaang (not to mention I really want to see her interactions with Toph). But once again thank you for an amazing read!

DUDE!? WHY HAVE YOU NOT UPDATED THIS FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS!? SERIOUSLY, This is one of the BEST Avatar Fanfic I have ever read so far. Not only that, I like how you make the situation concerning Jessica more real especially pertaining to her promise to not let anyone else die. Also, I ship Zuko x Jessica, they will make a funny couple that's for sure. Zuko, the awkward and laid back prince while Jessica is the overly emotional and mischievous avatar ever hahaha! Also, I like how Jessica has her own animal partner, the bobcat. Really hoping for you to update and I kinda wanna see a chapter where Jessica meets Jet again and Jet having a crush on her for encouraging him to do better. When that happens, Zuko is there and gets jealous about it without knowing why! Really wish you continue this, it be a shame to see it end like this and a crime to discontinue this awesome story.

I'm a little disappointed. 90% of the dialogue from the show is in here. She might not be a Mary-Sue, but the story is going through all the stations of canon. As someone who has seen the show, this is boring so far. Only the Avatar-change has me interested.

Hello! I've read this story a few years ago and since I've been in the mood for some Avatar: The Last Airbender stories, I figured I'd reread it and wow, I was not expecting to get sucked in so quickly. Where do I even start?

When I started reading this, I wasn't too sure how I felt with the fact that Aang wasn't the avatar. Still, I stuck with it and read through and I enjoyed it a lot.

I like how Jessica is very bad at bending. She isn't a natural or good from the start, she has to learn and learn she does. I like her relationships with Aang, Katara and Sokka, she fits with them and it feels like she's a part of the group, not just an outsider tagging along.

I like how there are significant changes because of Jessica being here. Instead of this story just being a retelling of the series, it is it's own separate thing, and I'm sure there will be many changes to come, some good, some bad, like the recent chapter. You can't have all the changes be happy.

I am really enjoying this story, more so then I had thought I would. I am excited to see the other changes that happen because of Jessica's actions.

Is that bobcat Jessica's animal companion? Like Appa is for Aang? I had been wondering if Jessica would get one or not, since as I understand it, all Avatar's have an animal companion but since Jessica wasn't born in the Avatar world, I figured she wouldn't have gotten one. That is definately interesting and a great ally. Well, I suppose we'll find out soon.

How will she find the others? I'm sure they're losing their mind looking for her, but with Jessica moving around, it'll make it more difficult to meet back up. Plus Zuko chasing her and you've got a hot mess. I wonder what's going to happen?

Wow. I never really saw this story going that dark. But I agree with you, Jessica's effect on the timeline would have changed many things apart from the actual show. I am glad though that the timeline is pretty similar.
What I'm really concerned about with this episode is that Sokka was supposed to save the village. Fire nation troops took his mothers life and forced his father to leave, the struggle with choosing saving a fire nation village or helping the cause he so wished to be apart of was something that Sokka had to do. It helped him mature and grow as a character instead of just being there. That's the only complication I see with this chapter.
Other then that this story has got me on the edge of my seat! I can't wait for the next chapter.
