I do sincerely hope that you intend on finishing this fic. Its been going along incredibly captivatingly and I wish it to come to fruition. The only thing I've come across in this, as yet, that I found less than stellar was how you segued into the Duke's control over Kyn and the circles. It was rather disjointed from the prior chapters. If you were to edit a transition into it then it would be less disruptive. However, I also gather that you did that on purpose to engender the state of mind that Kyn would have been in.

All in all, I've been enjoying reading this. Should you leave it as is, I am unfortunately going to be most put out with you since you are so close to the end.

You can not have abandoned the story at this point! I know that you realize avid, dedicated readers easily become invested in a story. Sometimes, almost a friendship with the characters will develop. I've only recently found this fic; really only recently found , so please forgive the belated review.. I am in love with this story. I can't get enough. The reason I decided to comment now however, is to let you know I did find this chapter very exciting. Don't doubt yourself. I have been looking for other websites you may be currently posting on. I so hope this it's not your only Valdemar fic. I think ML would be proud.

Well I just found your story in 8/14 and spent a very enjoyable day reading it. Since I only invested a day I can't complain to much compared to those who faithfully followed you for years and didn't get get an ending. Still I feel like I found a great book... only to find the last 3 chapters missing!
You have really engaging characters and a fun story going. I want to offer you encouragement to finish it.
Some years ago I was a riding accident and can no longer backpack, climb, white rafter raft, truly ride, or follow most of the outdoor pursuits I enjoyed moat of life. It also ended my 25 year critical care R.N
Career. It left me with severe chronic pain that often requires strong narcotic relief as well as the debilitating injuries. One of my life time passions has held me in good stead. Reading.
I always read upwards of 7 books a week but now read up to 25 a week. The escape not only brings me freedom but is what allows me to be med free at times .
I have a truly varied reading taste from fiction to nonfiction and enjoy most things but poetry. Since my mother is the same and read avidly to me both before and after I learned I learned for myself (& I am 47) I have a LOT of books under my belt.
You truly have an intriguing plot, characters that are easy to invest in, and style that is fun to read. PLEASE finish your story.

I literally screamed when I saw that this fic had come so close to its culmination and hasn't been updated in FOUR YEARS... This is an amazing story! Your writing is superb, your intricate web of a plot is hung with the most experienced and delicate of touches, your characters are real enough to leap right off the page-WHY HAVE YOU NOT WRITTEN MORE?

I really like your story so far. You've done a really fine job of twisting the plot around and surprising the reader. I like the characters you've developed, I think you have done a good job of making them interesting and not overpowered.

This is, by far, the best fanfiction I have ever come across. I was quite crushed when I discovered it wasn't complete, and even MORE devastated when I realized how long it had been since an update! PLEASE finish this story, I really care about the ending and I just can't handle it sitting here unfinished! Or rather...I can't handle having so many afternoons free now and no awesome story to fill them with.

I believe that you really have something here. You might want to send it to Mercedes when it is complete. I have herd that she actually uses other peoples fan fics to continue certain series.
