Konarciq told me that one of the authors I need to read first was you, ad I was not disappointed.

What a wonderful piece. I could feel the weight of all those eyes and the burden Hogan carries. Great job!

Briliant story, it flowed extremely well, loved Hogans perspective, not too dramatic but it had a darker side to it and you ended the story very well!
ColHogan chapter 1 . 6/14/2011
Brilliant look in Hogan's world and how he is perceived by those around him both Prisoners and Germans alike, and how he perceives those around him.

Congratulations on your PBA nomination! Catching up on some reading here.

Great work. I especially love it when writers include the aspects of Hogan's job as Senior POW officer, which I believe trumps everything. That is his responsibility to the hundreds of men in camp and their everyday welfare.
Nitestalker chapter 1 . 12/6/2010
that was interesting to see this aspect of things. I've thought about it some, but not to this extent. Thanks.

jodm chapter 1 . 12/4/2010
Wonderful story, well-crafted, Love the contrast between the guards, Klink, Burkhalter, etc, and Hogan-the former watching him to hopefully catch him as papa bear; Hogan watching out for his men. I hope you will continue to write!
Marie1964 chapter 1 . 12/4/2010
A wonderful examination of Hogan and how both his men and the Germans treat him.
Sgt. Moffitt chapter 1 . 12/4/2010
This was very good! What an intense glimpse into Hogan's world-how he perceived it, and how he was perceived by others.
